Not the singer-songwriter
I don't know who Brian M Palmer is, but he has a fun (if somewhat fawning) interview with George Michael Bluth, aka Brampton's Michael Cera. I agree with Palmer about Cera's performance on Arrested Development — it's hard to pick Emmy nominees out of that cast, but I'd say he's is every bit as deserving in the supporting actor category as David Cross and Will Arnett, neither of whom has been nominated, and probably more so than Jeffrey Tambor, who has a statuette. One of Cera's scenes with Cross, which he mentions in the interview, is among the show's greatest moments — focus on the agonized contortions George Michael's face goes through just before he says "Okay, I'm going to stop you there," thus preventing his uncle Tobias from explaining how babies get made. It's better than anything you'll see on The War at Home, that's for sure. (Monday is understatement day here at Casa de Selley.)
