Faulty to a fault
The loyalty, he [Wayne Gretzky] learned from Glen Sather. Both are loyal to a fault, usually a good quality.
That utterly priceless solecism pretty much sums up the baffled tone of Spector's column in today's Post. I mean, look at this:
Now, with the Star-Ledger's report that investigators have Gretzky's voice on a wiretap discussing the gambling ring before this week, it sounds very much like he did know what was going on. And a country is asking this week, "If he's not telling the truth about that, then what else?"
Yeah. Maybe he didn't score 50 goals in 39 games!
