"It's litter!"
Durham City Council is cracking down on litter — specifically cigarette butts, and here's how:
A "Stubbi" is a small reusable pouch, about the size of a mobile phone case, that fits neatly into a pocket or bag. It contains a fireproof lining which can be used to safely and hygienically extinguish cigarettes, locking in the odour.
By using the Stubbi it will help remove the problem of smoking related litter from the streets and help you avoid a £50 fine for dropping litter.
That is just priceless. I think I know what my smoker friends are getting for their birthdays…
